COPPER GRANULATION
Swedish Steel, Italian engineering, British know how. Probably the most advanced yet simple design copper granulators on the market.
99.9% Copper separation
The range goes from 60 - 700 kg/hr
Hand feed or fed via a pre-shredder and intelligent conveyor
Energy efficient
Simple but robust design
Can handle fine hair wire to heavy core power cable
Come and see a machine operate in a real yard and see for your self.
Our range of copper wire granulators start at simple hand fed mills combined with an air bed separator to split the granulated copper from the plastic casing. These units come with either an air filters or more sophisticated cyclone air filtration systems. This type of unit is ideal for small users wanting to deal with typical household and smaller commercial cables.
These units can be upgrade to be able to deal with fine hair wire such as data cable by adding a turbo device. Larger users can add a pre-shredder and intelligent conveyor to allow bulk feeding of the machine. The units simply get bigger the more capacity you require.

Notes
All these machines are hand feed - see below for bulk feed.
STD machines have just the Mill, Sorting bed and air filtration.
Turbo machines are required to process fine hair wire such as data cable.

Notes
Conveyors can be fitted with magnets to remove steel particles from the shred mix.
The conveyor is linked to the motor load to allow the pre-shred to be loaded at a rate defined by the mill.
